Virtual receptionist as a time management tip

by Joel
(Australia)

A virtual receptionist is the best time management tip that I have used for my business.

I am a psychologist and answering the phone and booking clients in, was just taking up too much time.

After reading one of your newsletters on delegation and also using calendar software I decided that I would rather focus on my core business delegate out booking clients.

It has really worked for me, allowing me to spend 2 extra hours a day with clients.

Putting this time management tip in place for my business was a bit of a trial and error approach but basically checked the credentials of the virtual receptionist and wanted them to be working in the same country as me.

Since my business doesn't manage huge numbers of phone calls I didn't have to worry about how many lines I wanted...but this may be an option for a bigger business?

Most virtual receptionists should give you a free trial so that you can not waste hard earned money on the wrong service for you.

This is one of the best time management tips for my service-related business.

Virtual Receptionist will definitely help you! NEW

As technology continues to advance and the Internet is available almost everywhere due in large part to smart phones, there is an expectation from customers that the business should be available to them all the times and from wherever they might be.
