Time management courses?

I'm looking for a time management course that I can do online. I am interested in working better and also spending more quality time at home. Is there something that I could give to my employees?

Due to family obligations which sees me traveling less, I have decided to develop these online courses.

At the moment it is free, and I have no immediate plans to put a fee on it.
