Keep a journal to reduce clutter and organize your life

by Janice
(London)

I have found that keeping a journal is a good way to get through the clutter.

This journal records what I have done in the cluttering process and also what I want to do.

What I want to do, usually overwhelms me so what I do is break it down into an sequence of steps, which are smaller and more achievable.

I did this when I had to clean my house to move, it was a great way to stay motivated, and when I was done, it was was a real achievement to look back at all the stuff I had done.

I really like your website.

Janice
